For more information on who we are, please visit us at Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Arena and Outdoor Operations Manager, the incumbent monitors and maintains the ice rink; responds to inquiries about the facility, hours, regulations and rules, and provides information on services provided; maintains good ice conditions by scraping, shovelling, brushing and hosing the ice; operates the edger to level out ice along the boards, as required; ensures access to the facility and services is by authorized clients only; opens and closes the facility in accordance with security regulations; patrols the facility regularly to ensure rules and regulations are being followed; ensure safety and enforces rules concerning conduct and use of equipment.
