Canada's leading insurance flooring appraisal service is hiring an Estimate Reviewer . Our company provides an unbiased evaluation of damaged flooring on behalf of insurers to determine the materials Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ) for the protection of the insurance companies and their insured. The ideal candidate is a self-starter looking to gain experience and use existing customer service skills to enhance our team's performance. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. The main responsibility for this position is to review insurance property replacement estimates to ensure appropriate quality and pricing for required Insurance customers.   Requirements to succeed: Time Management and Organization – The Estimate reviewer must be organized and must take a strategic approach to managing a time sensitive and cyclic work load. Initiative – identify new opportunities to improve review process quality and efficiency  Communication skills -  deal with customers and negotiate adjustment requests in a professional and accountable manner Detail-oriented- Must have the ability to evaluate multiple data points by comparison to set standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The main responsibility for this position is to review insurance property replacement estimates to ensure appropriate quality and pricing for required Insurance customers. Provide summary emails to insurance adjusters/customers to explain review findings and/or concerns within a short timeframe. Correspond with retailers via system email to make request corrections on quotes or invoices as identified in accordance with Insurer protocols. Ensure proper protocols/standards are utilized when estimates are being created/submitted. Identify new opportunities to improve review process quality and efficiency.  Other duties as assigned SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: University or college degree preferred Three (3+) years of job-related experience required Must possess strong keyboarding skills and general knowledge of office computer software. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to evaluate multiple data points by comparison to set standards. Previous claims experience within the insurance property line and/or experience within the restoration industry is desired. Flooring industry knowledge is an asset Strong team player and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Bilingual French/English is an asset Compensation $50,000 plus bonus and benefits
