TalentWorld is currently looking for reliable candidates for Assemblers  positions for this Tier 1 automotive supplier.

Assembler responsibilities

• Working on the assembly line
• Manning multiple machines
• Quality Control
• Work in a fast paced environment.

Assembler Qualifications

• Able to stand for 8 hour shift
• Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Punctual with a good attendance record.
• Must have CSA approved Safety shoes and safety glasses.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Physical requirements include: the ability to bend and twist at the waist, knees and neck; stand and walk for extended periods of time; lift up to 20 lbs.

Employment Details :

• Working either rotating shifts (2 weeks day 6:30 am – 3 pm and 2 weeks 3 pm – 11:30 pm; or a straight midnight shift 10:30 pm – 7:00 am)
• Temporary to Permanent; once hired benefits, pension and incentives available
• Located in Schomberg, ON however not on a bus route, you must have own transportation
• Starting Pay Rate: $16.38/hr; $0.50/hr shift premium on afternoon shift; $0.75/hr shift premium on midnights; $0.70/hr attendance bonus
