Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Supervisor, the Auto Club Attendant ensures proper registration fees are collected from clients and provide receipts, as required. He/she retrieves the necessary supplies and/or equipment, as required. He/she records, monitors and reports usage/attendance. He/she documents and communicates any incidents, accidents, or damage. He/she monitors clients to ensure safety and provides emergency or first aid assistance when required.
Some High school AND some experience in a related field
An acceptable combination of education, training and experience will also be considered
Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
Language requirement: English Essential, Bilingual an asset
French Language Proficiency (Bilingual an asset)
Level: N/A(No proficiency), 1(Basic), 2(Functional), 3(Advanced), 4(Professional)
• In providing customer service
• In ensuring safety protocols and procedures
• In monitoring and controlling facility usage
