Job Description

We are a busy chiropractic office looking for a part-time health assistant.  In addition to the skills listed must also have a huge heart for helping.

Skills Required

Responsibilities and Duties

Your most important role will be interacting with patients and the team. In this friendly, fast paced office, you are the captain at the front desk. You will manage everything from phone calls, appointment bookings, emails, people accounts and even hold the occasional baby.

Other responsibilities will be general office support, from writing communication notes (letters, reports, emails) and inventory organization.


Qualifications and Skills

You will need to have awesome communication skills and be super friendly. We love our patients, so if you are not a "people person" this job isn't for you. We are looking for someone who has amazing computer skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a variety of computer functions and able to learn new skills. Most of our patient systems are computer-based, so this is a necessity.
