Job Description

 Your start date to May 31, 2018, you will work from the Company’s Vaughan, Ontario, location. Effective June 1st, 2018, Roadwarrior will be relocating to 3280 Thomas Street, Innisfil, Ontario. Travel allowance will be provided, up to the move date.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are a fast-paced, highly motivated team of individuals, looking for an After Sales Coordinator to join our growing team! The After Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for effectively processing warranty claims and providing return credits where necessary. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, has a strong customer service orientation, and can manage multiple competing priorities.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding warranties and returns
  • Provide warranty claim form to collect information to determine the root cause of the issue
  • Review information provided by customers, requesting additional documentation as needed
  • Approve or deny warranty claims based on information collected
  • Determine restock value with Territory Manager for all return requests
  • Participate in conversations with Territory Manager and customer to encourage customers to resell the product
  • Create a return authorization memorandum and issue credits to customers as needed
  • Review products on shop floor for viability of selling
  • Participate in regular review meetings with the Operations Manager
  • Prepare monthly presentations for production team on common product deficiencies and customer complaints

Skills Required

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a mechanical background with a focus on Customer Service
  • Understanding of mechanical techniques in the automotive industry
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with an ERP system an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Degree or diploma in related field

Wage / Salary

TBD, for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits
