Job Description

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Prepares employee confirmation of employment letters as required
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition, ie. summer BBQ's, holiday party
Accurately maintain employee files
Provide backup to reception and office services as required

Skills Required

Min 2yrs previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate level of MS Office skills

$45,000/yr
