Complete your online learning path prior to your first training shift.

Arrive for every shift in a clean, pressed and complete uniform and be ready prior to your scheduled start time.

Ensure the Garnish area is Rush Ready before and after each meal period.

Ensure that all garnish bowls are maintained to standard – Full and Fresh.

GREET every Guest with a big, genuine smile, eye contact and a friendly greeting.

Create Connections with each Guest in a friendly, professional and caring manner, treating everyone with respect and courtesy by catering to their individual needs.

Actively display knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and current promotions.

Serve Guests with a sense of urgency ensuring speed of service standards are being executed.

Garnish and customize each order efficiently and ensure the Guest has their complete order.

Sincerely thank each Guest after completing their order and encourage them to return.

Handle all Guest concerns using the BLAST method; call a Manager if you need assistance.

 You create the first impression our Guests have of our brand. You are responsible for bringing the GREET and GRATITUDE to life with your warm welcome, friendly smile and sincere thank you for choosing Harvey’s. You demonstrate pride in our brand and drive profitability with your menu knowledge and directly influence our speed of service by efficiently processing Guest orders and guiding them to our custom Garnish station.
