Prep- You will be required to follow the house recipes to prep for the day, create the daily prep list and count out what will be needed for the day as per the par levels.
Line- you will need to complete you orders as per the chits assigned to your station in a timely manner, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Experience is preferred and must be at least 17 years of age to work in the kitchen.
Knowledge on how to read recipes, measure out contents according to the proper wght/vol count.
Can affectively prepare the dishes as per the specks in a presentable manner and to properly plate and present.
Must have food safety certificate and able to properly do temp checks on hot and cold food items.
