Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

F & P Mfg., Inc., offers an exciting and rewarding career opportunity in a fast paced, highly automated, state-of-the-art automotive parts manufacturing facility located in Tottenham, located 40 minutes north of the Toronto airport.

F & P Mfg., Inc., is a tier one automotive parts supplier producing suspension components and pedal assemblies for Honda. We are a complete manufacturing facility and have been stamping, welding, painting and assembling parts for 30 years. We have 900 associates working at our 2 on site manufacturing plants.

Position Summary: Support Logistics/ Supply Chain operation and facilitate continuous improvements

Hours of work: 7:30 am-4:00 pm

Position Responsibilities:

  • Determine the number of loads required & make shipping schedules.
  • Coordinate the optimisation of the supply chain.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers improvements to transit visibility.
  • Develop plans and implement improvements to inventory accuracy.
  • Develop plans and implement improvements to material flow.
  • Coordinate schedule between inter-corporate companies &/or carriers.
  • Ensures all loads meet their intended destination on time.
  • Follow up on loads, in and outbound on transit.
  • Track transportation costs and KPI’s.
  • Providing support for Customs documentation and statuary requirements


  • Post-Secondary education in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience with inventory control/supply chain/ materials management
  • High level of mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of production processes
  • Project management experience and skills
  • Experience with MRP/ERP Systems
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, organization and communication skills
  • Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry strongly preferred
