We are currently recruiting for Integrated Pest Management Team Member – Come join our dynamic team!

This position is based out of Stayner, ON.

Available Shifts: Alternating shifts between the hours of 6:30 am – Midnight

Production Schedule: Sunday – Saturday (40 Hours) with two rotating days off per week

Position Overview:

The Medical Cannabis market is growing exponentially and Peace Naturals is seeking Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Team Members. Working within the IPM Division, team members are responsible for following the defined operation standards that support the maintenance of live plants. With an eye for quality, team members ensure that the product meets strict quality requirements and that the product received by clients continues to support our excellent quality reputation. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, energetic and able to work as part of a team at a fast pace.


  • Maintaining compliance with the laws, regulations and/or standards
  • Preparing and applying of pest control products
  • Application and assessment of monitoring devices      
  • Pest Identification
  • Inspection of vegetation for signs of infestation
  • Room cleaning and equipment cleaning
  • Completing and preparing appropriate documentations as required
  • Problem solving
  • Assist in other duties as required


  • Must be able to obtain a Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC) security clearance
  • Completion of High School Diploma
  • Able to pass the Ontario Pest Control Technician exam
  • Applicator Technician License considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a greenhouse or growing plants considered an asset
  • Work environment can be warm and humid, similar to a greenhouse environment
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. on regular basis
  • Standing & walking for long periods of time
  • Frequent bending, kneeling and reaching
  • Ability to perform a series of repetitive operations requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Must be able to provide clear criminal record check
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and meet deadlines
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as a team member
  • WHMIS Training an asset
  • Understanding of computers, Microsoft Office and Email considered an asset
