Job Description

F & P Mfg. Inc., offers an exciting and rewarding career opportunity in a fast paced, highly automated, state-of-the-art automotive parts manufacturing facility located in Tottenham, located 40 minutes north of the Toronto airport.

F & P Mfg. Inc., is a tier one automotive parts supplier producing suspension components and pedal assemblies for Honda. We are a complete manufacturing facility and have been stamping, welding, painting and assembling parts for 30 years. We have 900 associates working at our 2 on site manufacturing plants.

Position Summary: Work with Asst. Manager and other New Model members to develop and review process plans and equipment installation for new model launches.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop Process Plans for welding and assembly processes for New Model launches.
  • Coordinate and schedule procurement of equipment.
  • Control project investment.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and customers.
  • Prepare documents and present to upper management.
  • Communicate with all internal departments and outside vendors.
  • Install equipment, review and apply best manufacturing processes.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.



  • Engineering diploma in related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours.
