What is CLASS?
The Community Living Association for South Simcoe (CLASS) provides services and supports to people with an intellectual disability to enable them to live with dignity, maximize their potential for personal growth, and participate in all elements of living in the community. We strive to participate in our communities through opportunities, links to education and training as well as support for local events.
To provide support to staff and people with intellectual disabilities in South Simcoe County.
Volunteer opportunities are as varied as you! From fast paced community based outings to quiet at home activities. The people we support look forward to you being apart of our great CLASS community!
We also have one day/special event Volunteers which may include support at fundraising activities, or assistance at one of our work locations. No criminal reference is required for 1 day events. Staff support is always available.
Volunteering is a unique and excellent way to gain experience in the social service field. If you are interested in the developmental field, volunteering with CLASS will provide you with that opportunity to learn.
