Job Summary: Under the supervision of the General Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Golf Club Manager, staff and Gold Club Executive for the planning, organizing and delivering of golf activities; prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material; open, distribute and process incoming and outgoing mail and other materials; organize the flow of information internally and with other departments or organizations; schedule and confirm appointments and meetings related to golf activities; order office supplies and maintain inventory; order supplies for special events; act as point of contact for internal and external customers; respond to enquiries and forward to appropriate person, as required; greet visitors; ascertain nature of business, and direct visitors to the appropriate person; etc.
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting or a related field AND some years’ experience in administration or in a related field
High School Diploma AND several years’ experience in administration or related field
Language requirement: English Essential, Bilingual an asset

Salary: $14.34/hr - $19.57/hr (salary under review)
Conditions of Employment: The incumbent will start with part-time hours for the first and last months but will be expected to work full-time hours for the peak months.
