Job Summary: Under the direction of the National Manager, the Manager, Receivables and Payables manages the National Receivables and Payables operations and assists with the management of the National Accounting Office. She/he manages and maintains an oversight of the receivables and payables. She/he ensures the verification of accounting registers in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations. The Manager, Receivables and Payables examines and verifies accuracy of work and authorizes payments, credits deposits and withdrawals within approval authority. She/he reviews and recommends improvements to Non-Public Funds accounting policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an accounting specialization, or a related field, AND several years of experience in accounting, or in a related field
A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience
Language requirement: English Essential, Bilingual an asset

Experience Requirements:
 In developing and editing financial policies, procedures, and regulations
 In budget administration
 In financial management
 In reviewing and analyzing financial data/reports
 In project management
 In developing and implementing solutions to finance/accounting issues
 In business planning
 In personnel administration

Salary: $65,550 - $77,130 per annum
Relocation: If there are no qualified local candidates, the successful candidate may be eligible for relocation benefits
